This toner, tones and brightens the complexion, moisturizes, refreshes and soothes skin, leaves dry or sensitive skin smooth and radiant thanks to flower extracts. Use morning and evening preferably after cleansing with Soothing Cleansing Milk. Apply on face and neck with cotton pads.
